LSHD Halloween Blog Hop

Happy Halloween!!!

This year for Halloween we, the Little Scraps of Heaven Designs DT, decided to get together and have a Halloween Blog Hop. I love that my daughter is in school now so I can finally put my creations to work! It's so fun to make some treat packages for the kids and my daughter makes sure SHE gets one too!

For the Halloween Hop I made treat boxes for school and co-workers. I made 38 total! I needed something adorable and quick to put together. This seems to be the popular choice this year and with good reason! I love this file! Here is the link to SILLY PUMPKINS cutting file that I used from Little Scraps of Heaven Designs.

Inside is a sucker upside down. I stapled the top of the green paper on either side of the sucker stick and glued my pumpkin piecing on the cover.

I found this adorable idea on Pinterest! I love looking at a picture of all of them done - such a great feeling of accomplishment.

Honeybearz Designs Design Team Hop

Easel Card Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Easel Card Blog Hop! If you've hopped here from Jenny's blog - you are on the right track. Otherwise, so you don't miss any fun, you can start back at the beginning with Ashley's blog.

If you have never tried making on of these cards before - you should really try! They are fun to make and can serve many purposes. I'll show you how!

We have a busy month of birthdays for August and I will definitely be in need of some cards.

Here is what the front looks like.

Then when you pop it up - the button keeps it in place like a built in stand.

The monkey on the cover was created by an svg file called Birthday Monkeys from Little Scraps of Heaven Designs of which I am a proud design team member for.

Another great idea is change up your measurements and make you cover a 4" x 6" or 5" x 7" . Then put a picture on the cover. Works great for Christmas cards and instead of hanging it from the wall or on the fridge, it can display nicely on your table for the season. Another thought is putting your child's school picture on there! Endless possibilities!

Welcome to Tear Critters on Parade! This is a fun-filled hop dedicated to the unique craft of tear critters. What is a tear critter you may ask? Tear Critters or Tear Bears are complete pieces made from mulberry paper. This specialty paper gives them their soft, fuzzy look.

Love Is In The Air - Day Two!
