A Toast To Life Blog Hop

Happy New Year!

Welcome to the Toast To Life Blog Hop! If you have hopped over from Ashley's blog - you are on the right track. Otherwise, you can always to start at the beginning with Liz to check the other fabulous projects today!

I have a little mix with my project today. This hop is in honor of the best things in our life - which for me is my family. Everything I do  - revolves around them - including my scrapbooking and crafting. Another thing I would like to "toast" to is my state and how proud I am to be from Wisconsin. Not only because we have a nice mixture of weather but also for the hard-working people that work every weekend by beating up their bodies lol. In case you haven't guessed it.... I'm talking about da' Packers!

First I'm going to start off with showing you my adorable family - sorry these are just pictures.. My project is below...

My ever-so loving and supportive hubby....

My first born - and future scrapbooker...

and my little man - he is the ONLY boy born on my side of the family (between my siblings and I there are 5 girls)

Those are the true JOYS in my life.

Now.... my project..

I used the Football Anyone file from Little Scraps of Heaven and tried to create them around the Packer uniforms. These are so cute to make! I already have 4 orders for these guys and gal lol.

I hope you enjoyed my post today and hope it gives you ideas that you can always adjust colors when using your files.... I sometimes forget that.

Now onto to Barbara's blog for some more fun!

If you get lost along the way - here is the entire line-up.

Sponsor for the hop is Scraptastical Kreations with a $20 gift certificate so please be sure to visit each blog and leave a comment. Thanks

  16. Since you're such a PACK fan (LOL, I'm all Eagles green), I thought you'd enjoy this flashback to my post last year, when I made team logo coasters for my Super Bowl party. See it here: http://www.cardmonkey-business.blogspot.com/2011/01/getting-ready-for-some-football.html

I will say, though, GBP is a wonderful team. Since the Iggles are out of playoff contention, I'm happy to support GBP -- and besides, I have leftover coasters from last year!! LOL

  17. Your family is gorgeous and your son looks just like his daddy! I love the little people you have made to look like the Packers. I am fan to no sport team..just don't have time but I appreciate that you have reminded everyone that you don't have to make something verbatim..you can add some of yourself to it to change it up just enough to make it yours..:)
