It's been cold/snowy/rainy/freezing here in WI and that's just in one week! So I wanted to create something cheerful. I used the Rainbow Bears Collection, the rainbow from the Happy Leprechaun Collection and the pail is from a summer file and I just added hearts. All patterns are from Little Scraps of Heaven Designs of which I am a proud Design Team Member of! Enjoy!
