I just LOVE how this layout came together! The colors and designs really flow and my 5 yr old daughter helped pick out the title since this will be her scrapbook page. 

Files used are Garden Splendor from Scraptastical Kreations for my design element around the picture, xoxo title from Scraptastical Kreations, and Little Angel from Treasure Box Designs.

Here is a close-up of the design element. I added sparkles just for a little extra. And of course the angel has sparkles too. Can't have an angel without sparkles!
